Company Integrity Policies

Rates Are Time Based:

    Green Alternative Cleaning (GAC) reserves the right to reevaluate rates at any time based on the time it is taking to perform our service to meet the client’s standards.

    GAC will contact the client to discuss possible rate or service revisions if the cleaning time differs drastically from the original established rate.

Integrity Service Terms:

We Are Unable To Guarantee Exact Arrival Times:

    We start between 7:30-8 am until 3 pm, and our goal is to finish the last cleaning between 5pm and 6pm at the latest. On a normal day, we finish every house by 4pm.  While we cannot tell you the exact time of arrival, we can give you an estimated time (generally, a four-hour window).  Due to the nature of cleaning, it is unrealistic that we can guarantee an exact arrival/departure time for cleaning after the first appointment of the day which normally begins between 7:30-8am.  We do guarantee your cleaning day (or we will discount the cleaning), but we assign morning and afternoon appointments ONLY.  We do offer to call 30 minutes before arrival if a client needs to be available for us to gain access.  Let us know if you need more than 30 minutes notice for scheduling purposes.


Payment Is Due The Same Day of Service:

    Payment is due at the time services are rendered. The client agrees to pay the price quoted by GAC on the day of service. A $10 (minimum) handling fee will apply if payment is not received for deposit by the end of a scheduled cleaning day. A 12% finance charge will be added to unpaid balances over 30 days, and turned into collections. 


We Charge For Lockouts:

    We do not require that clients entrust us with a key (most clients do provide keys so that they do not have to pay lock-out and rescheduling fees). We do require, however, that clients ensure that we have access to their home on the scheduled cleaning day as soon as we arrive. If a client cannot provide a key and they are out of town, then we ask them to make arrangements for us to enter their facility either by temporarily giving us a key, or by allowing a trusted neighbor or friend to handle their key. Otherwise, simply provide us with 48 hours notice, and your next cleaning will be billed at the correct frequency rate (bi-weekly rate for weekly cancellation, monthly rate for bi-weekly cancellation, and first-time rate for monthly cancellation). We Require a 48 Hour OR 96 Hour Notice For All Cancellations:

    GAC requires a 48-hour OR 96-hour notice for all cancellations. If your appointment is on a Monday 96-hours is required. If your appointment is on a Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday then a 48-hour notice is required. If a 48-hour OR 96-hour cancellation is not given then GAC reserves the right to charge full retail price for that cleaning. Emergency cancellations will be treated on a case-by-case basis.


A Debit or Credit Card Is Required To Reserve Appointments:

    We mandate that a debit or credit card be stored in our encrypted accounting software. We will automatically charge that card after each cleaning unless alternative payment arrangements are made for same day payment. This card is also how we will charge for any last minute cancellations (see “Cancellation Policy” section). Please note that GAC will turn over an account to third party debt collection companies if needed.

We Clean Monday to Friday only

Saturday and Sunday we are close.
